TigerLAN will also have a media server available for those who would like provide music and videos to be played during the event on the the main projector. The address for the server will be provided at the event. =SEATING= We will be hosting this in Hardin 100, and we have a few rules about where and how you can set up your equipment. Only one desktop per one and a half seats. If you are coming with a friend, share one seat between the two of you so you only take up 3 seats. Also, only one seat per laptop. If you bring an extra server of your own, please bring it in early so we can accommodate setting it up on Server Row. =NETWORKING= TigerLAN will be setting up our own private network at the event. And yes, Internet access will be available. You will need to bring your own ethernet cable, hopefully the longest one you can find. We will have some ethernet cables available, and they will be $7, if not cheaper. =PATCHES= Located at the bottom right-hand side of the homepage, we have a list of all the patches you will need to play in the tournaments. Please install these in time for the tournaments. =TOURNAMENTS= The tournament sign-up bug on the site has been fixed. Please visit the site to add yourself to the tournament list at http://www.tiger-lan.net/tournaments.php . Also, most of the rules of the tournaments have been listed, or are being finalized in the forums. =UNOFFICIAL PUG TOURNAMENTS= Due to the request of several attendees, we will have several unofficial pick-up-game tournaments at TigerLAN, such as Counter-Strike and Super Smash Bros. Melee 2v2. These tournaments are not listed on the left-hand side of the front page until times are finalized, but are listed are the main tournament list at http://www.tiger-lan.net/tournaments.php . If you sign up for a tournament that is marked "UNOFFICIAL PUG," that means that there may not be any prizes available for that tournament, and that the time may change for that tournament to begin, depending upon the circumstances. Until the PUG tournament times are finalized, it will be shown as starting at noon on Sunday. These times will be picked at TigerLAN. At the event, we will notify everyone about the PUG tournaments using our site, and we will constantly rotate information about PUG tournaments. Listed will be information about how to contact the attendee running the tournament, and how to join the game/server. =CLEMSON FOOTBALL GAME= The TigerLAN staff will provide a way to keep attendees updated on the away football game this Saturday afternoon. If we do not have a live feed to show, we will at least announce games updates during TigerLAN. =DO'S & DO-NOT'S= TigerLAN has a list of rules concerning hacking, cheating, alcohol, and the usual available at http://www.tiger-lan.net/faq.php . Basically, don't do it, or we will kick you out and give away all of your stuff as prizes. =HELPDESK= If you have a problem and need assistance, go to the front row helpdesk. The helpdesk is keeping a log of problems and will dispatch someone to help you. =IRC CHAT= TigerLAN has an IRC chatroom at "irc.freenode.net" on channel "#tigerlan".
